The Wine Cask
Our newly-coopered wine casks (barrels) are rich in form and function. Their furniture-like finish and larger, more bulbous form meet the exacting standards of the Burgundy-class barrels used by the most famous wineries in California and Europe. Special care is taken to select fine grain, slow-growth staves for every new barrel. The barrels give off a faint and pleasing aroma of sweet toasted oak, accentuated by vanilla and caramel notes. The barrel's unique function as a durable and sturdy sink base is but a coincidence of dimension.
